Got it. Anybody can create any topics you want. I can also create sub-forums. So right now we're in "General Discussion" which was just the default title. I could create additional sub-forums at that level if we wanted to group things in a certain way, but I didn't think we'd have so many topics that we'd need to do that. Later on, if we decided to have subforums around different topics, I can move threads into those subforums.
